• Data Entry Services India will not be responsible or legally liable for costs incurred, compensation loss or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

Data Entry Services India only start works on the project once the agreed advance amount is received by the company. The advance amount is not refundable and Data Entry Services India will not be liable for non execution of project for certain reasons not in control of Data Entry Services India.
